Login:

Objective: To allow secure access to Arco, Inc.’s intranet.

Accessibility: Arco, Inc.’s intranet URL.

Details:

· User Name – Enter you user name here. This is required to log in. User name is initially given by the System Administrator and the user will have the option to change it any time after log in. User name should be 8 or more characters.

· Password – Enter your password here. This is required to log in. Password is initially given by the System Administrator and the user will have the option to change it at any time after log in. In order to preserve the system security the password is governed by several password keeping rules:

o Password can not be less than 8 characters long.

o Password should contain at least one number and one special character (Ex- !,$,.,? etc.)

o Password expires every 30 days. System will warn the user after the 22^nd day every time the user logs in.

o Password can not be from one of the last 5 passwords chosen by the user.

· If your password is entered wrong for 3 times in a row then your account would be locked and in that case you will have to contact System Support to reset your account.

Action Buttons:

· Submit – A click on submit will allow user to access Arco, Inc.’s intranet if the combination of user name and password is right. This would display an error message if the input values are not supplied right.

· Reset – A click on reset will erase the entered user name and password values.
